½ tin condense milk 125 gms butter 1 TBSP cocoa ½ cup coconut Sultanas or raisin to please Melt butter and condense milk and mix well. Crush biscuits add other ingredients.  Press into tin and leave to set.  Ice with chocolate icing

150 gm butter 160 gms Sugar 1 TBSP golden syrup Melt above in a pot and allow to cool Add 1 beaten egg 1 TSP baking powder 9 OZ plain flour Pinch salt 1 cup sultanas Cook for 25 mins at 350
