1 chopped onion
1 cup grated apple
1 cup sliced celery
½ cup soft breadcrumbs
½ cup dry breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Melt butter and fry onion and celery add apple until soft
Add soft breadcrumbs
On a piece of tin foil – Spread sausage meat out and put the mixture in the centre and roll up
Sprinkle dry breadcrumbs over the outside and cook in the oven
