LEMON PUDDING

¼ cup flour

Pinch salt

1 cup milk

¼ cup lemon

1 cup sugar

1 lemon rind

2 egg whites well beaten

2 egg yolks well beaten

Mix all ingredients fold in egg whites

Put bowl in a container of boiling water

Bake ¾ – 1 hour at 350
