Carrot Cake

1 cup wholemeal flour

1 cup plain flour

1 cup cooking oil

2 cups raw sugar

3 cups grated carrot

4 eggs beaten

2 TSP cinnamon

2 TSP baking soda

Pinch salt

Sift dry ingredients.  Add oil beaten eggs the carrot

Bake for 1 hr at 180

Ice with cream cheese icing
