A pkt chicken mince
Small tin of coconut milk
1 ½ tbsp. sweet chillie sauce
2 tsp finely chopped lemon grass of lime leaves
2 tbsp fresh corriander (optional)
1 clove garlic crushed
Fry it all and add to pasta to make a salad – add what veges you want to
